Content License

Your uploads stay yours

You keep all ownership of the photos, sketches, dimensions and descriptions you upload. By submitting them, you grant RWC PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them for the sole purpose of generating your results and providing support. This licence ends when we delete the content.

Retention of uploads

Uploaded files are cached for generation and deleted after 30 days by default. You can ask us to delete them sooner by emailing support@rwcplumbheat.shop.

No model training on your content

We do not use your uploads or generated outputs to train foundation models.

Your generated outputs

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the diagnoses, layout plans, before/after visuals, radiator plans, finish boards, schematics, walkthrough videos and Project Briefs generated for you for your own personal and household planning, including sharing them with a tradesperson for quoting. These outputs are illustrative planning materials, not construction or engineering drawings.

Restrictions

• You may not present outputs as a professional survey, inspection or certified plan.
• You may not resell outputs as a competing diagnosis, survey or planning service.
• You must have the right to upload any content you submit (see the Acceptable Use Policy).

Our materials

The Pipewise brand, site design, sample imagery and software remain the property of RWC PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED and its licensors and may not be copied except as allowed by law.
